Refer a landlord or a property owner for a share
We’d like to offer you the opportunity to earn up to £500 in cash by referring us your friends, family, and acquaintances who have something to rent or sell.
When you refer us a property, we’ll conduct an appraisal based on its current market value and then list it on our website. Once it is let or sold, we will pay the cash straight into your account as a thank you from us. We’ll pay £150 per rental property and between £350-£500 per sale property (referral fee based on agreed listing price).
We offer one incentive per property but there is no limited to the number of recommendations you can make!
* The landlord MUST be new to Bluestone Properties, and have never rented a property through us before.
