**Rent Reviews**
We will contact parties before the annual review date to propose any rent increase. We will process and arrange the rent increase inline with the Renters Right Act. We will advise and negotiate the rent, negotiate any changes, arrange for the deposit to be re-protected (if applicable) and provide all relevant documents, and all required legal documents.

Instead, they move onto rolling monthly tenancies, where tenants can give notice at any time with the required notice period.
